Looking for a way to get outside and advocate for a better Bay Area transportation system? We got you covered. We're looking for volunteers to help us table our booth 10.4 at the Oakland 2100 Closing Party.

As a volunteer, you'll help us tell folks about Seamless Bay Area's vision, and engage them in interactive activities that we'll have put together. We provide training to volunteers when they arrive, so don't worry about needing to know everything!

About the Oakland 2100 Closing Party:

Join us for the closing party for the exhibition Oakland 2100: A Game About the Future of Oakland at East Bay AIA. Synced up with First Friday, this closing party will celebrate three weeks of listening, debating, and dreaming of how we can all promote a bold future for our downtown that is attractive, inclusive and uniquely collaborative. We encourage you to come dream with us and help further imagine the immense potential of downtown Oakland and envision for yourself the possibilities of what this might look like. 

The vibe will be festive. We’ll have music by Azuah, food by Monifa Dayo and VibeMap will be projection mapping art on the walls. Looking for ways to kickstart the building of the Oakland of the future? We'll also be hosting a few groups working right now to build the future of Oakland, today including Seamless Bay Area, East Bay for Everyone, East Bay AIA and artwork by SPUR Oakland and California College of the Arts for their Regional Plan.

This event is part of the exhibition, Oakland 2100: A Game About the Future of Oakland. The exhibit is on view September 18th-October 4th.
